"ORIGINAL" notes (i.e. minutes) from Cari Kay Robertson.
She can't even write down the correct date of the previous executive session she attended. Below are the meeting minutes & Cari was in-charge of this? What a Selectmen embarassment!

Again... Mr. Baril sat down with Kimberly A. Hood where she read these out loud trying to figure out what Cari wrote down. Cari wrote using a pencil and the writing was very faint both could hardly see what the words even were. So much for professional note taking... Town employees have to guess what happened at this executive session? True in this case!
Ms. Hood then read Cari's notes out loud to Mr. Baril while he transcribed on a 2nd copy BELOW, Cari's original writings. So the 2nd copy is Mr. Baril's black pen tracing over Cari's pencil wording.
