Chief Freitas involved himself from December 2005 to below (Friday, February 16, 2007) and he acts clueless in this e-mail below to Ms. Dwyer, who is a contributing writer for The New Uxbridge Times. Our web site has the evidence what he did the entire time deceiving every Uxbridge resident and to include The New Uxbridge Times newspaper, which is a free public local newspaper.
