E-mail from MA State Police Officer Thomas Greene (Captain of the Southern Worcester County Drug Task Force) to local police chiefs & detectives trying to dig up anything on Mr. Baril & Central MA Public Safety. The context of MSP Greene's e-mail was proven to be not truthful. The MA State Police intentionally lied to local police departments providing them with false information.
Here, Chief Freitas replies back to MSP Greene admitting what he just did "...sent letters to Trooper Sanchez to assist in his disaster plate revocations." Uxbridge Town public records show he clearly was behind the unlawful revocation of the corporation's license plates. He can't deny it, but he did in Uxbridge executive Session - twice!
