Factual Evidence: Trooper Richard Toman's Involvement
The below document was submitted as Evidence to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and clearly demonstrates Trooper Richard Toman participating in an alleged corruption scandal in providing "fake & malicious evidence" on Massachusetts State Police letterhead that ended up being submitted as their "so called evidence" which aided in the revocation of Central MA Public Safety Association's emergency disaster license plates at the Boston hearing in 2006.
The Registry of Motor Vehicle hearings turned out to be an alleged corruption scandal itself in which several individual State Police employees allegedly accepted bribe money to intentionally create fake state police evidence to the RMV to get a conviction; which MSP's plan backfired! The MA State Police employees made a jackass out of themselves, which in turn has tarnished the MA State Police agency's public reputation.
