Mr. Baril received this, which is page 1 of a 3 page fax; continue on for page 2. Mr. Baril was not given page 3, which Chief Scott J. Freitas had the real public records under his control. Freitas faked a Town public record passing it off as page 2 to Mr. Baril, but it was Not the real, true FBI document.

FBI "FOIA Records" Response

Here is the REAL (true) FBI document - page 2 - from the actual fax sent to Freitas! Why fake a Town public record for Mr. Baril's records request? Here are the true pages 2 & 3!

LASTLY: The complaint Mr. Baril filed to the FBI was for an ongoing "public corruption" matter. Can you see anything here that Uxbridge Police Chief Scott J. Freitas did that doesn't seem right?

  1. It is known that a Massachusetts State Trooper named Christopher N. Sanchez started and then involved Chief Freitas and the Town of Uxbridge into this mess. The FBI complaint names the "Massachusetts State Police" and "Apparently a Massachusetts State Trooper had paid the registry to revoke his company's license plates."
  2. Scroll up & look at FBI - Special Agent Al Lamoreaux's cover sheet. You see a "Bartlett Consolidated Inc." post-it note. Read what that note says >>>> "Christopher Sanchez 413-731-0689" <<<<. That is Trooper Sanchez's fax number at State Police - Springfield. So Freitas faxed this 3-page fax, he got on an newly established FBI investigation (who are actively investigating employees of the Massachusetts State Police and the Registry of Motor Vehicles employees for "public corruption").
  3. You should be able to draw you own conclusion of what # 1 & 2 translate out to. Uxbridge Citizens & Taxpayers - your tax dollars paid for this!
