Officer Akin -vs- Mr. Baril - Attempt #3: Officer Akin (C73) posts again, this time directed at Mr. Baril on the same public viewable web site.

On May 13, 2008 Mr. Baril filed a formal written complaint against their agency's on-duty unprofessional law enforcement behavior against Mr. Baril, Massachusetts citizen & taxpayer. Mr. Baril was referred to Captain George Agganis of Massachusetts Environmental Police (Boston) office. Mr. Baril never received a written response on the internal investigation nor an apology from the agency.
Please read below the Environmental Police's comment "Mikey and his whole gang have been emasculated and most have been retrofitted with plastic vaginas."
