RMV Fact #1: Attorney Twomey lies under oath - MGL Chapter 90; Section 7I states having a disaster license plate, you can, BY THE LAW, MOUNT red lights onto it. He intentionally lied to confuse the Appeal Board individuals thinking that CMPSA did violate red lights. You CANNOT have a red light violation having emergency disaster license plates, which CMPSA always had the proper plates all along! Once a liar, always a liar.
RMV Fact #2: CMPSA always & still is a "disaster relief" organization. Attorney Twomey testifies his personal opinion CMPSA "might not be"? Emergency disaster license plates the RMV gave to CMPSA - you have to be a disaster relief corporation before you can get even the plates - so that means CMPSA already proved that back in 1999 when it got its first plate. Another attorney Twomey lie!

RMV Fact #1: The RMV cannot stop obsessing about Michael Baril, an individual. The disaster license plates have to registered to a private corporation. Duh...

RMV Fact #1: The RMV lied all along, including attorney Thomas L. Twomey, they both accepted false evidence from law enforcement and still scheduled a hearing? Who & why would they be so stupid?
RMV Fact #2: and again... it's proven that Trooper Christopher N. Sanchez always was the instigator & he initiated the alleged corrupt RMV employees to join forces.
RMV Fact #3: CMPSA had 3 emergency disaster license plates starting from 1999 - so what's the problem. Ooh, there was never one; but the plates were unlawfully revoked regardless. No one at the RMV seems to know why.
